Cool off and connect with us at the Keeley Park Splash Pad! 💦☀️ Join Greensboro New School families for another relaxed summer get-together while the kids splash, play, and make new friends. This is a wonderful opportunity to spend time with both current and past GNS families, as well as our Director, teachers, and Board members in a fun, informal setting. This is a public event, so feel free to invite friends, neighbors, or anyone interested in joining us! The splash pad is free for individual families, and because this is not a reserved event, everyone is welcome to come and go as they please. We hope you'll stop by, whether it's for the whole morning or just a little while. Don't forget swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, and a change of clothes! Join us for our Back-to-School Open House! 📅 Saturday, August 29 🕘 9:00 AM We're excited to welcome our currently enrolled families as we kick off a new school year together! Parents will gather in the New Fellowship Hall for an important meeting covering everything you need to know for the upcoming year, while children enjoy time in their classrooms with our teachers and/or Greensboro New School board members. This gives your child a chance to become comfortable in their classroom while parents receive important information. We'll cover: What to expect this school year Daily routines and communication Classroom introductions Important policies and reminders Opportunities to ask questions We look forward to seeing everyone before the first day of school and starting another wonderful year together! Please note: This Open House is for currently enrolled families only. If you're interested in learning more about Greensboro New School, we'd love to meet you! Tours are available by appointment throughout the year.

Elam Ave., Greensboro, NC 27403 Costumes are encouraged (but not required)! This event is open to the community, so invite your friends, neighbors, and family for a fun-filled fall evening. Every raffle ticket, baked good, and game helps support Greensboro New School and our mission of providing a nurturing, child-centered learning environment. Come join us for a relaxed morning at Lake Daniel Park! This casual meetup is a great opportunity to connect with other Greensboro New School families while the kids play and explore the playground. Whether you're a current family, an alumni family, or new to our community this year, we'd love to see you there. The Director, teachers, and members of our Board of Directors will also be there, making it a wonderful chance to ask questions, get to know one another, and strengthen the connections that make our school community so special. There are no planned activities or agenda—just time to chat, play, and enjoy each other's company. We hope you'll stop by, even if it's just for a little while.
